- Reduced $1 million dollar advertising budget by 30% replacing legacy marketing channels with modern multi-channel campaigns while increasing leads by 50%
- Directed and produced commercials, how-to web shorts, sport interviews, and product videos leading to 148k YouTube video views
- Drove website visits through design, development, and targeted campaigns on the institution, bookstore, continuing education, event center and athletics websites resulting in 3.3 million page views combined
- Implemented email newsletter which grew to 65k subscribers within 5 years with an average monthly open rate of 22.6%
- Managed over $110k /yr in Google AdWords campaigns which, through keyword research and optimization, led to first result positioning in searches
- Developed and managed in-house apparel production office which sold merch worldwide and generated income for the institution and athletics department
